I love my sessions with Sophie! We do a 45-minute workout once a week, and it's so convenient being able to do it from home. Sophie really listened to my goals and tailored everything to suit me. The sessions have adapted as I've progressed, and I genuinely fell stronger and more confident each week.

I'm Sophie and I set up OKPT Active. My specialities include gymnastics, calisthenics, female strength training, weightlifting, running, Hyrox, mobility, rehabilitation, and fitness for over 50s. I offer new clients a free 30-minute trial to ensure I’m the right fit for their needs. I’ve competed at a high level in CrossFit, Netball, Rowing, and Hockey. This year, I completed a personal challenge of doing 62 pull-ups daily for 62 days to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, achieving my goal and raising over £1,600, thanks to the amazing support of my community.
